hhmmm...so they are not running the M3 GTR with the 4.0 liter V8 no more. What do you call those? M3 GTs?

those are ptg m3,s. and thats the race before the actually alms, which is the speed world challenge.

and those m3's are in the gt class, while the audi's are in the touring clas i think

PTG is the team, not the classification. They are M3 GT cars. The GTR was run by PTG as well.
