need help with wiring ASAP

does anyone know how to insert speaker wire to the door?

A coat hanger will work wonders getting through the boot. However, the connectors on either end clip into the door and have no spaces to run wires through (usually). We remove the doors when we do these so we can drill the new hole for the new wires.
