How do you take out the tweeters on the passenger side?

I would like to replace my broken tweeter grill on the passenger side door. Could anybody direct me to the right place on doing it myself.

you'll need to remove the entire door panel to get at the tweeters. :tsk: see the diy section for removing coupe trim.
