Shot at the title AA, ASA or ESS S/C for E46

Would love to start this one up again....I am on order for an ESS S/C for my 330ci cab and have been sent some interest threads from posts on this site...from the info (word of mouth) I was told ESS was the bomb, but after reading about,problems with tubing, re-prog, shipping ect I am a bit nervous! Need more info on ASA too please.
