Will US amps work in european E46?

Hi,
this question may sound stupid, but I want to order a Hifonics Brutus BX1000D amp from the US (costs only half the price as in Europe). :)
Therefore I need to know if there is any difference
a) between the amps sold in the US and the (same) models sold in Europe
b) the car itself (12V battery in Europe).

So, do you think it's going to fit flawlessly, or will I maybe need an adapter??
