Short notice, but hey, what else do you gotta do on a Thurs night?

1st meet

April 7th, 7:30 till whenever
Best Buy (parking lot behind it)
2458 Central Park Ave
Yonkers, NY 10710
1/2 mile north of Nathans

From Northern Westchester, Putnam and beyond:
SawMill, or Taconic to Sprain Pkwy, take exit 2 on Sprain, which is Jackson Ave. Left onto Jackson, then left onto Central Ave. Best Buy will be on your right.

From Rockland Cty, Northern NJ via Tappan Zee:
Go over the Tappan Zee, take Cross Westchester Exwy(287), then take Sprain Pkwy S and follow direction above.

From Connecticut via I 95:
I95 South to 287 West, then Sprain pkwy S and follow directions above.

From NJ via GW bridge:
Go over the GW bridge, take 87 north to Yonkers, follow signs for Central Ave. Best buy will be on your right after about 3 miles.

Our meet is different, is not a showoff, just a gathering. That why we meet behind Best Buy, not visible from the main road, to stay away from all the schwans on Central Ave, while still take advantage of the very central location of mid Westchester.

Did I not get the memo? I showed up around 9:00 but the place was all cleared out. Nathans was kinda dead and the cops were already bothering people there so I cruised home. :(

ill be there next Thursday night at 7:30 if you meet up at that time again, 7:30 is better than 9 because thats when all the other car show up AND the cops too so the earlier the better!! :)

So I'm driving down from CT this evening and Central Park Ave. was a pigfest. It was 10-11pm and I'm thinking the Best Buy meet was busted up? I'm talking 6-8 cruisers and 4-6 on hogs. No, it didn't look like a DUI checkpoint. Black e46 sedan, Passat, and a few other cars were all pulled over and they all shared the Fast and the Furious theme. WTF happened?

I stopped by Best Buy for a little bit. We all broke out at 10:30 then I headed over to Nathans. The bimmers were on the left side. It's getting too crowded there.
