Supersprint exhaust

Anyone got any ideas on supersprint exhaust system. By how much will it increase my bhp, how is the sound.

I own a E46 with full breyton kits and rims.

I have the SS exhaust, just the res/muffler section, it is very quiet not much diff than stock or just a fraction deeper sound, I would say just this section (cat-back) you would be looking at 5-8 hp diff, if you were to do the headers and cats (entire system) probably 15-20 hp total gains the SS header and cats are very expensive so not the best bang for the buck, if you are FI'd I have been told the entire exhaust system will yield 25-30 more Hp. I think the exhaust would sound much better without the resonators, i am thinking of pulling mine.
