servings depend on how often you want to take it. i recommend taking about 5-10 grams per day while drinking craploads of water. so 600/5-10 = 120-60 servings, or about 2-4 months. but its all dependent on whether you want to do a maintenance phase, which is suggested by most companies which in my mind is a waste of creatine. once you're on it for about 2 weeks, 5-10 grams per day, you're anaerobic endurance levels will increase (but not as much compared to other 'recreational, performance enhancing products'), meaning if you peaked at 6 reps at 75% of your max on a certain lift, you should be able to pump out one or two more reps at that same weight (but you have to eat well, get plenty of rest, train smart and hard). its not a wonder supplement, but if you allow all conditions to be ideal as i have mentioned previously, you will see some gains. steroids works the same way. without actual hard work and discipline put forth by the individual (training, nutrition, rest), you will see either no gains or very minimal gains.

i would have to at least go 24 shipped. shipping is about 4.50 to where you are (assuming cali) and i lose at least 1.30 or so due to paypal fees, i believe.
