Mike GmbH or anybody with a SC'd 330 in the Northwest... if you make it to the Seattle area, let me know. Will pay $50 for a ride, or $100 for a drive.
I really want to make my decision soon... to SC my ride, or trade up to an M5 or M3. :)
Also, I spoke with StrictlyBMW and CarbConn/RPM. Both shops have some experience installing AA, but not ASA.
Any shops good at installing ASA?
Also, any word on the SK2 with the software and injectors? I e-mailed rennsport yesterday, but it may take a while for them to respond. I'll post their reply when I get it.
Cheers,
-Greg

My ASA SC should be here next thursday the 27th. Not sure how long it will take me to get it installed. I'll keep this forum posted when it gets installed, and maybe we can meet up and give you a ride after its fully broken in.

Greg,
Sam at Rennsport told me of an install shop in Beaverton Oregon, no, not Seattle but still fairly close. I cant recall exactly the name but it was something like "autohaus" ?? He will know.
PM me if you come to Portland, we have a track, I have an M3 & I went through the same scenario...supercharge my 330 or go M3.
More than welcome to come up to calgary for a rip...no charge! :pimpin:

Calgary's a bit far ;)
Solid: I'll throw in some free high-speed web hosting space for video and picts of your new baby :)
I've got a great Sony DV camcorder that lets me dump digital video to one of my computers via ieee1394, and just installed Adobe Premier Pro for video editing, and Encore for DVD authoring.

And even better... I'll bring my G-tech comp pro and we can do runs on all 3 cars and graph the 0-60 and 1/4 miles and post the results...

I actually got one of those G-techs, but you need some level ground to do the runs. You guys know of any place around here i can do runs safely, whenever I want? That would be nice :)
Like i said, you guys will know about it when i get it all installed, with plenty of pics  . I want to make some videos too, since there's only a hanfull of them for the ASA floating around.

Yeah, I'd really like to shoot some good video of the ASA in action. I'll convert the video into a web format in addition, I'll burn a high-quality DVD for you to keep.
I'm fighting the wife for an upgrade. Either ASA on my 330, or trade-up on an M3 or M5. She's telling me that she doesn't want me to have a faster car :(
I'd think she'd be more worried about my scuba diving, sky diving, flying and motorcycle riding. *shrug*

LoL, mod it and don't tell her. I think the S/C is quiet enough to get away with, but not the turbo. If not just upgrade the suspension, sways, tires/wheels....trust me on this, you can have A LOT of fun with a 330 taking corners at ridiculous speeds;)

agreed. A 330 already is quite powerful considering todays traffic. A few suspension mods can really make difference and make the car a lot more enjoyable. Actually i would recommend suspension mods before the supercharging.
