oh, nvm i thought u had a manual :)... btw, go for turbo. I've always liked that swoosh sound w/ the blow-off valve and also there's not much people w/ turbo on their bmw's. mainly superchargers..

Ey Jimmy, NEVER.. I REPEAT NEVER TURBO CHARGE AN AUTOMATIC, unless it came like that. You will have ton of problems. You'll be better off with a S/C. There are many S/C kits for your car, there arent really any turbo kits out. You can fabricate something, but you wont have EM. You already have a S/C 540, and a 360. Why do you want to play with your 328? Go stick a blower on your 360, then give me a ride. :thumbup: Ill come by your friends house in the Country once you have it done. :pimpin:

e46 or 36?
for turbo:
36 = yes... AAtuning.com :thumbup:
46 = no
s/c:
36/46 = yes. ASA or AA :thumbup:
edit - i see e46 in your sig. your better off going with an ASA S/C. worth every penny according to everyone ive asked.

Make sense, it's just I drove my 328Ci to a 7-11 the other day and a E500 (current W211) was trying to F***ed with me, I did beat the bastard (in traffic) however, I feel this car is underpowered
there is a turbo kit in the works. how long though, good question :dunno: your better getting a SC, UNLESS you got the money and afford a custom turbo setup

Then again, everything feels underpowered when you're used to driving 400 hp cars. I've gotten my share of wheel time behind a good number of them.

I want something reliable. Therefore I might just go with S/C, since Dinan does not make S/C for 328Ci, any of you have experience w/ ESS tuning?
I have seen some BMW with turbo and has a lot of problems. Yes, they have more power than supercharger but I don't like to run into problems after each run in the 1/4 mile drag strip.

You could do it with a 944 for a fraction of the money.

hi, i have the ESS TS kit - TS3, but i think you can only go to the ts1 on a automatic - but it will feel like a small v8 and give you low end torque.. I love it! Definately recommend it!
