Why is it that the 325 kit is a whole 1000 dollars less than the 330 kit? I know the mandrel bent tubing is smaller and the injectors are probably a little smaller but other than that what warrants the big price change?
Also, while browsing their website I saw on the bottom of the 330 SC order page that they reccomend Michelin, does this mean that they reccomend them for the install of the supercharger? Or the install of their exhausts...? I dunno. :dunno:

Its actually about $505 price difference between the 330 and 325 kit. Not sure why there is a price difference though.
Michelin of course doesnt do SC installs. They are only recommending to use Michelin tires. They also recommend their exhausts for more hp gains.

Is it really only a 505 price difference? Hmmm I guess the Bavarian Autosport messed up their numbers. I want a SC SOOOOOOOOOOO badly but I have no cash, and am contemplating taking out a loan.........But I have no damn credit at the age of 18. :banghead:

A blower is just about the last thing you should buy if you can't afford it. I can't think of a worse use of borrowed money, except maybe a Vegas weekend.
My philosophy is that one should only borrow money for big-ticket items that are absolutely necessary yet out of reach with available cash (a car), or for things that provide a return on investment (house, education).
A blower is the exact opposite of both those things. It's a completley unnecessary big ticket item, and will provide a negative return on investment. Consider the fact that you'll be paying interest, and the price of that $5K blower goes up even higher... and you lose even more money.
Not trying to harsh on you dude... just laying out the facts. I may buy one in a couple of years in lieu of scratching the new car itch... but only if I can afford to pay cash.

No no offense taken, im only 18 so the impulse buying is still strong in me :) I dunno, I am just drooliing from all the stories people have been telling about their blown cars...But I do see your enlightened point about being in debt for somthing thats not-so-important.

yea generally a good rule for modding (any type) car is only buy when u can pay for it in cash. actually, that's probably a good rule for anything not absolutely necessary

To answer the first question, the 330 kit cost more because it comes with additional hoses, fuel presure regulator, and probably some other piping that a 323/325 kit does not come with.

thanks for the free promotion, good looking out
my kit is a AA SC kit for a 323 with less than 5000 miles on it. I had it for about two months, check the fs forums: performance section
selling because I need money for graduate school :banghead:
