selling for a friend, he decided to sell his beemer. anyways, these rims are brand new, never been mounted. front is 19x8.5 and rear is 19x9.5. will fit any e46. asking for $3500 obo. buyer pays for shipping.

I'd be interested if he would lower the price. I can get a brand new set of 540r's for around $3,500 from a couple of the board sponsors. Seems like he's not discounting them at all beyond what he probably paid for them.

Make it a bargain, and I might bite. I'm thinking around $3K, and I'll take them.

Thanks for your inquiry. The HRE 547 in 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 is $3480 and the 547R is $3926. HRE wheels are custom built and take about 4 weeks. We like the best and choose only to sell HRE over Iforged and others. Work is a good wheel.

Also, Peter at WheelExperts.com told me their prices are typically twenty percent off list. On a set of 4 series wheels in the size we are talking about, twenty percent off list price of 4464, is 3571.80.

So, this guy is basically trying to sell these for a hundred bucks less than he bought them for. Granted, there's no four week wait period, but I'll let you all do the math.

So, don't flame me for offering $3K for these wheels... I think it's fair considering I've done the research over the past few weeks. Regardless of finish.

Are these prices for standard finish?
Because I inquired Peter @ Wheel Experts and Sam @ RENNsport about 448Rs in brushed and the same sizes and the price I got was not that low.

I just got of the phone with one of our sponsors, and his price for these exact same wheels was $3571.20. Granted you wait four weeks, but c'mon man. :bawling:

I've offered up to $3200 shipped, and no go. He won't go a penny lower than $3500 PLUS Shipping for these. I have received no counter offer.

Ok. I'm getting closer to buying them, but I need a little clarification first...

In the first post you said they are 19 x 8.5, and 19 x 9.5. Now you are saying the rears are 19 x 9. So, which one are they. This plays an important role in pricing...

Also, you said they are machined silver (whatever that means), with a polished lip. Now you are saying they are painted silver with a polished lip.

Please clarify these two points, and also let us know how deep they are...

I'm starting to think it might be worth it just to order them from rennsport, or wheelexperts.

Let me know, and I'll make my final decision...
