Is it possible to pick up like a Greddy intercooler and replace my AA one with that? how much work would this entail?

A larger intercooler may not be as good as it may sound. You would need to make sure that it is not blocking the radiator from getting fresh air, or else you will have an over heating problem... doing more harm than good.... Let us know how it goes!
