going level ten soon

Some of you might have read in my posts that my auto tranny is slipping, i cant slam the car even in second gear since i feel something is going to break. Anyways i decided to go level ten and have the tranny strengthened, besides its the only way to go ASA SK2 on an auto. I have been in contact with level ten, they require the torque convertor and the valve body inorder to make this modification.

I have decided to get second hand parts if i can find them or else just order new ones and have them modded, then fixed in the car. Anyways can someone pls help me with the part nos for our cars.

yeah level ten is goos my auto is smashed it goes into limp mode all the time and also slips alot. Something inside it has gone. The fluid from the tranny was drained and found some metal shavings! Not good! :bawling:

Keep us posted, I want to do this but 2k for some tranny parts is stopping me. If it shifts quicker and lowers 1/4 mile track times then I am there too.

i dont need the complete tranny. i think the torque convertor and valve body and just parts of it. Pm me and let me know how much you would sell it for anyways.

i would buy it.. but first i need to find out the pricing of these individual parts. again the problem is that i am outside the US.. meaning transfering money & paying the frieght might become costly, let me check the pricing i will get back to you, once i do so.

You can read the many articles they have posted on their website. Most of the time the LevelTen kit only increases 1/4 times by a .1 or .2. It really depends on the amount of power your car put down. The biggest difference most people claim to notice is better "feel".
I think if you transmition is in good shape and you're expecting a hugh difference in the perfomace of your car because of this mod you'll be disappointed. This alone for the money isn't worth it unless it enables you to move to the next stage of F/I IMO.
I hope someone gets this done on this forum soon so we can get a first hand opinion on the mod. I'm youthis information from the magazines I've read.

i am looking to get this car stable at 1st and 2nd gear... since they keep slipping due to the supercharger. Next i plan to go ASA SK2, which means close to 400hp on my car, this trannys gonna blow if i dont mod it now.
