Does anyone know a company that somewhat clost to releasing a Turbo for the e46? I'd rather have a turbo than a super-charger...so I'm trying to play the waiting game. :woot: Thanks.

Thanks guys. I checked the FI forum, but no one had mentioned a turbo in a while. I guess I should of posted in the FI fourm in the first place...but the ATP looks promising. Wonder if their looking for a Guniea-Pig. :). Gonna look into it. Although, I'm an N/A fan, don't have the time nor money to drop an M3 engine in my 330i like the other guy. :)....but the perhaps I could talk myself into dropping in a vett's LS-6...hmm...decisions, decisions. hehe. :woot:

^ Sorry, they already have a test mule. Kromex has been running/tuning their kit for ~2 years now...

ATP makes nice products. My husband uses their manifold with a 62-1 turbo upgrade. Their manifold is lifetime warranty. :) I definitely will be saving up for this bad boy.

New to the forum, just wondering how you know next month? as the posts I have read suggest this "next month" has been going on for a year. If you're a vendor I'm asking this seriously, as a newbie, not to p@ss you off. :dunno:

Thanks

Gilbert with the Steel Grey Turbo 328i had his work done from avezomotorsports. They do a full custom turbo and all that good stuff. His car isn't tuned from what he told me but they are working on it this week.

Hallo,

I am new to this forum.

I own a supercharged E46 3,20i 220 hp and a E36 M3 3,2L European version turbocharged 950 hp.

Supercharging should be the the way for low power figures. It has no lag, it has instant response, no cracks on the exhaust manifold. If you opt for the maximum power out of a given displacement then turbocharging should be the path to follow. Turbocharging the E46 would be wise if you want and need the maximum out of it.

I drive the supercharged 3,20i everyday and the monster 950 hp Euro M3 is saved for weekends and tests.
