Probably gold. There is a BMW darker gold that is almost as bad as the Murano/FX/CL Type S gold. That's probably my least fav.

I think its safe to agree that each car has its own good colors and bad colors.

But hands down the best paint ever is chrome shadow. Oh and for the green guys, I like green because its rare especially the lime green on the m3.

I like Oxford Green. My old 528i was Oxford Green :thumbup:. Waxed up well, the Oxford Green would sparkle and shine!

The green one and the gold one are the ugliest in my opinion. Especially the green, which makes the car look like a toy car. Many dark colors look very good on 3-series, such as the dark blues, black, the dark gray. As far as the light colors I prefer the titanium silver and white more than my sister's silver gray metallic.

I don't care much for SG becaus its the dullest gray on the market, I am not a big fan of blue cars much either. Greens, golds, whatever....I don't care, I'd never get it.

Ultimately, i think it comes down to what you want. If you are going for something really "cool", black or silver works. If you are going for something elegant, go with white or blue. If you are going for something classy and sexy, go with blue or green :thumbup: . If you are going for something downright nasty, go with gold!!!

I think shadow chrome is simply the finish on some if the wheels bmw offers (i.e. M5) I can't imagine any car being that color

If memory serves this paint is nearly impossible to get in the US, becuas of its chemical content (which i think includes lead :nono: )
