I know some people have been wondering how fast the ASA SKI is with a 2.5L so on a deserted uphill road, I raced my friend's 2001 Jaguar XK8. We did a roll from 1st and by 2nd gear, i blew past him. kept going until 3rd and was 4 cars in front of him. The second time we went from 3rd gear, and I eventually past him by 4th putting 4 cars and more if I kept going as the car was pulling harder into the higher end. After the race, he said he was pushing it all the way when I past him and let go after he couldn't keep up anymore. So, just for those wondering how fast the 2.5l can go, and considering getting one, it can hang with the big dogs, and beat some. Also killed and IS300, G35, and a 1.8 turbo that was modded.

Sweet. I hope my car can do that, its having some hiccups right now.
Was this deserted uphill road, say by any chance, Guadualupe Canyon Expressway?

LOL. That is my road where I test quick sprints and cornering ability. Maybe we should run this short road together sometime.
BTW, awesome car.
