Loss Of Power

hi guys i have a custom supercharged bmw e46 auto/steptronic down here in australia, recently ive been having a major problem when i floor it as the car is reving out in say 3rd, for like 1 second the car losses some power and then regains it? Whats the problem?

Does it always happen at a certain rpm range? or just when you start out?

i cant remember illl go for a drive tomorow an see exactly when the loss happens! But when it does the car jolts back and forth? I know the zhp,s have a problem with some power loss but im not quite sure if this is a simialar problem

custom supercharged? what blower does it use? asa/rotex/vortech? what do you use for telling the ECU AFR? any other info on the kit you are running>?

I am using an eaton roots blower its all custom! My ecu was reprogrammed or remapped and A/F ratios are fine! But i seem to be having this big loss of power
