since your kit comes with a front mount, I really don't think you will need this. People usually use this if they don't have a front mount. But I don't think it would hurt you either to get it. I know a lot of E36 turbo bimmers use it as well as their front mount intercooler. You should call AA and check with them

Not AA WI system but I have an Aquamist setup. Either way, the WI system requires fine tuning. Injecting water at the wrong boost or IAT will result in net loss in performance. Rennsport and I have done some dyno tests. IMO, it's not a must-have for street driving. But if you intend to track heavily, then it's a good investment.
