The car I purchased a while back has a Carbon Fiber Dinan intake. The only problem is its all cracked! :dunno:

It doesn't seem to have any air holes but I'm wondering if I could get a replacement tube? BTW its a 2000 328i

Thanks for any help.

You might try calling Dinan directly to see if they sell a replacement part, but I would bet that for the cost you could buy a entire new one of another brand. Dinan's phone is 408.779.8584

Thank you....

Yeah I'm starting to see how expensive BMWs can get. I wouldn't have it any other way though. Top notch quality

or get it used from a fellow fanatic. There's several for sale in the classifieds sections, check it out....

good luck

Ok I called them today and found it its $186 for the tube plus shipping from Dinan to Brecht BMW. This is of course is the aluminum since they don't make the carbon fiber any more. Maybe b/c it cracks!?
