Rim Repair in NJ

Hi guys, so I kept my 17" rondell type 58 wheels which are becoming my winter wheels. One has a slight bend in it and another has this finish thing I want to get fixed. Where is a good place (cheap) to get them fixed. They dont have to be perfect, they are winter wheels but would like to get the vibration out from the bent one.
