I've been to Motorwerks and they were pretty cool to me. HUGE inventory.

If you live in Chicago it'll be quite a trip for you to drive out to Barrington.

I like orland park. nice people, service always seems to have an open spot the next day.

Westmont on Ogden - dislike these ppl. thier service is backed up a week usually

Patrick in schaumburg - they have an onsite body shop i think, friend bought a used z3 there and they have been real nice to him when he finds little things wrong with it.

I've gone to Barrington and Knauz for my mercedes. Don't know about BMW. I hated Barrington, they were impersonal money hungry asses and would not work with me on anything....even though all the items were under factory warrenty, which they get paid directly from the manufacturer for. Knauz was much better, but after your warrenty is up you better run from these guys. They will work you anyway they can, just like they did the manufacturer when it was under warrenty.

Knauz and Patrick are two great places. I will never go back to Fields even though its the closest to me.
