Good luck selling this. Best Buy offers a FREE modem with Comcast cable modem. I picked the Surfboard and it was free.

I am totally aware of that. This sale is primarily for those who already have cable internet and their modem is busted or they want a better modem. If you already have service, getting a FREE modem is not possible (just like cell phones). Still taking offers...
