audio noob needs help

i just got a new headunit installed in my car but i don't know anything about audio ... can u post some link to sites where i can learn about EQ adjustment, sq and all the other terms? i know what i want my music to sound like but i don't know what the eq curves and stuff are so i don't know how to tune the HU to my liking ... thanks

Which HU did you get? Did your car come with HK upgrade?
