Thanks for your help,the Fiber Glass Hood im not sure if this comes with vents? it says Hood with air openings.Not sure if it has Vents? :hmm:
the CF Hood does say with Vents. :hmm: i want one with the seven louvers in it. :thumbup: can any body put some light on this?and thanks Dirtboy for your help :thumbup:

I'm pretty sure this is the pic of the street legal version and it has the vents you're talking about...

Yes the Glass fiber hood comes with vents :thumbup:

Just like to say thanks guys for your help,now i have got to pick what one.CF Hood or street race? i must admit i like the CF Hood,would i be able to put this on my car? as im using it for the road :hmm:

If you don't have to go through something like TÜV here in Germany, then I don't see why not... :dunno:

Not sure if we do i think so,would Carbon Fiber Hood not be TUV approved?
it looks like the street Hood has CF vents,i like that, the hood can be sprayed the color of my car Carbon Black & leave the vents :thumbup: then again an all Carbon Fiber Hood would look good on a Carbon Black m3 maybe,or not. :hmm:

Got this from their site:

"Please note: All aerodynamic-parts don't have the german TÜV approval!"

If you left the CF weave visible, at least spray it with clear-coat... That would make it look schweeeeet :thumbup:

they do the hood, and are in the UK, i am sure they can do you a deal. They are also sponsers on this board.

There is a also a US sponser on the board that sells this. But be warned the vents let water in.

Hi Durgesh small world a,not sure but i think ca-automotive might be more money?going down this road. Would be nice if im wrong :yikes: the US sponsers i've spoke to them already,also thought i would cover under the vents with some thing :hmm: thanks Ray. :thumbup:
