You can try Kelleners. They sell an ASA supercharger with software for a little under 7k. Also Active Autowerke sells a supercharger for $6500.

To answer your second question, I believe Rennsport still sells their supercharger. I am presently waiting for Samir from Rennsport to e-mail me the installation instructions. Their supercharger is an ASA as well.

No, only with the kit. But it most likely won't fit a Vortech SC anyways, since the exit angle of the compressor turbine is different.
