how long does 84 strips last?

okay as far as 84 strips lasting...i would assume that there are 42 strips for the top and 42 for the bottom. Now I would say that you would start out using one top and one bottom every other day until your teeth are white enough to where you are happy. Then you can use them less frequently or even stop using them until you feel that you need to whiten them again. so if at the very most usage (being 2 strips every other day) 30/2= 15 so then that would equate to almost 3 months of using 2 strips every other day.

I don't think you will need to use these every other day though for that long.

As far as sensitivity is concerned...if the sensitvity gets bad enough for you there are ADA approved toothpastes to help alleviate sensitivity that you cuold use.

Actually... im in a dental field... and 15% hydrogen peroxide is standard strength. Dentists can get you up to 20% hydrogen peroxide but with any of whitening products.. you are more prone to have sensitivity.

Difference in dental office version and OTC one?
1) Custom tray to ensure perfect fitment - u dont want hydrogen peroxide on ur gums... it burns...
2) office product costs more of course but it's the tray that the lab makes for you....

But overall.. try difference things... they all work similar ways

ZOOM (as seen in Extremem Makeover) is NOTHING more than these chemicals on ur teeth for ONE HOUR with light activated gel. You know how much he charges for those?? near $1000. Pure BS. But it works pretty well. haha
