I have two memory sticks for sale for a laptop.
One is a brand new, still in the packaging Crucial/Micron 512MB PC2700 DDR333 Cl 2.5 SODIMM, asking $70 shipped. Comes with Crucial's lifetime warranty.
The other is a Infineon 256MB PC2700 DDR333 Cl 2.5 SODIMM, asking $35 shipped. This was pulled working from a Compaq laptop after I upgraded.
