...in a BMW M3 2001.

Can someone tell me how you did when you installed it into your car?

I have...

BMW Professional (CD) head unit
And a CD-changer which I don't know exactly where to disconnect? I removed both plugs from the rear of the CD-changer but when I started the head unit it couldn't find the mode for CD-changer...

I once succeeded to upgrade from 2.01 to 2.06 but now I cannot do anything. I have tried "force update" but the ice>link wont "play" the file(s)

Is it easy to damage the ice>link?

Please, if there is any kind soul out there who is willing to offer me some help I would be very grateful!

Just installed mine this weekend. I have nav though so it is a different install than yours. Make sure the 6pin white connector (with black/white/red wires) is plugged in under the main wire module in the back of you head unit. I forgot to do this and that was my problem. Other than that call tech support, they are good a working with you.

Hey, thanks for the reply! I am waiting for an answer from dension by mail.

That 6pin connector you are talking about is correctly connected. Infact I can hear sound from the iPod. But my problem is that I cannot navigate the iPod since the message "visit install.dension.com" is bugging me. I cannot navigate with the steeringwheel or the head unit either. I have tried to force install but as I said, the ice>link wont start the install... :hmm:
