View Full Version : SK+ 6.5psi Kit - US Test Car Needed

Infinitas
05-23-2005, 10:46 PM
Dear Fanatics,

Infinitas USA is looking for an E46 test car to tune the new 6.5psi SK+ kit. This new kit is a perfect cross between the standard SK1 and SK+ kits and will feature software as well.

If anyone is potentially interested in taking part in this, we will provide a substantial discount on this new kit and provide free installation. We would need the car for about 1-2 weeks.

Technik Engineering in LA will be doing the prototype testing for us in Los Angeles.

It should be available. We need to test the TMIII on the dyno to see how it responds @ 6.5psi of boost. Will have more info once we have some dyno numbers. :)

The first SK+ test car is coming into the shop in 2 weeks. To run the smaller pulley, will most likely require software, since the ASAtronic for the SK+ was not designed for boost over 5psi.

Thanks for the info Technik.
Please keep us updated on this. If it works well, put me down for one, and I'm sure that many other people with SK+ will want one as well!

Still working on the 2.5L kits at the moment. We had a couple 330s lined up, but none have committed, so we're not sure when the 6.5psi 3.0L SK+ upgrade will be available.

Yep, SK1 w/ IC/ECU not SK+...that kit was not part of the GB.

The SK+ on the 323 is a new kit, which required some custom parts and ECU tuning, hence it's taking longer.

The SK1 kit can be installed very quickly, no testing required.
