I have to bring in my car for service. I bought the car at JMK and i have been going there all the time for service. I love their service. Never had any problems and they always fixed everything and had the car done for me promptly. The only problem is right now with a new job i got I do not have enough time in the morning to drop it off and its too far to just drop it off at night and trying to find a ride back. Difeo is on the way to my job and would be much more convenient for me. I've heard nightmares about Park ave and Prestige, so i refuse to go there. So if anyone goes there for service please let me know how your experience was. This is just for my 45,000 mile service, whatever they do for that. I have no other problems with the car. thanks...

I got my car at DiFeo and they're good people over there. Talk to Joe Sanseverino, he's in service and tell him that Rahul with the gray M3 sent you. He's a great guy to deal with.

I concur. I have serviced at Difeo since 1995. And I live in Manhattan. So that should tell you about their service. Are they perfect? No. But they are very good. :)

Bought mine at Difeo as well, they're horrible (ok they're good, just don't want more people to wait in line behind :)) They won't give you a loaner though, true with most dealers if you didn't buy from them. And they have starbucks coffee there...haha! Ask for Lee Bandy there, tell him Tony with the black m3 vert send you. And ask him where's my damn hardtop! :)

Lee is a very cool guy, went to the same high school as him. he's moved to the parts dept. now, not in service anymore.

Damn, he better have my hardtop in there somewhere. Need to give him a call, hope he hasn't bet it away in his poker games.

Difeo BMW & Prestige BMW both have excellent service. Been to the both over the past 7 years. Difeo started slipping a bit between 02-04, but now it's back on top again.

Prestige sucks...they won't touch a car with mods on it.

the only place i found that seems to give out free loaners regardless if you bought it there or not is Open Road BMW and Essex bmw. both have let me down incredibly which is why i go to JMK now. difeo is a nice dealership though
