last time i had a friend working there was about 3 years ago, and it was 30% back then. sucks, no more discounts once everyone grows up and get career-oriented jobs.

I think employees getting 30% off gift cards and being able to pass that on to friends and family is extremely generous. I work at BR and the discounts are great for employees

werd i used to work at armani exchange...

1 free outfit every season (every month or two).
1 75% off outfit every season
everything else 50% off
on sale items i believe 30 or 40% off on top of the sale
discount for other people is i believe 30% off
The discounts were cool but the hot chicks who shopped there were better :thumbup:
