It is also hacked.

You can still copy mp3s from the memory card to the phone and use them as ring tones (VZW has now disabled this feature in the phone.

Thats all i can think of that i have so far.

Verizon Does not charge you to switch a differnt phone onto your account. It will not renew your contract either.

VZW has disabled copying mp3s from the memory card to the phone. To set a mp3 as a ringtone, it has to be in th PHONEs memory and not the memory card itself. What VZW wants you to do is Download the songs. Its a piece of cake to mke your own ringtones. Take an mp3, use MP3trim, cut the song to a 30 sec clip or so. Load it on to the memory card, andthen copy it from the card to the phone memory (in the phones menu), and then the mp3 shows up as an available ring option.

yeah, its a software update (you have to have a cable and somehow get the moto. support software.

I am including Quite a bit of extra stuff. You cannot copy mp3s from the card to the phone on the ed815. Besides, if you dont / arent going to use v-cast. they are Very similar phones. V710 is tri-mode too, (which helps sometimes)

i just got to walmart.com .. they have 30 sec clips of their music albums already.. :D
