Dood you need stiffer springs in the rears. What are you running for suspension setup?

I also wanted to say :werd: to the springs. I'd suggest 450lb. front/ 550lb. rear springs for that car...(especially if you track it.) The thing was bouncing like a low-rider on the take off!!! :lmao:

damn I still cant hear your audio man.. I know im not making a mistake, because when I watch my other car videos (got about 400 to choose from), and all my thousand .mp3 songs, it plays fine, but your video has some really weird compression I think because I have never had problems with audio before. Can you try re-compressing the file with a different audio compression format?

Funny for you to say that, I have the 6.0.2.7 version, and still cannot hear it. It's very faint sound. I do have the codec, it just doesn't sound right.

Wow, you managed to rice out your car. Personally I wouldn't say that it sounds nice at all. Entirely too loud coming from a near luxury german car. It actually sounds like you're running straight off the headers with no exhaust, especially when you turned around.

Uhmmmm, Yeah!
It doesn't sound good to me at all. If I heard the car coming I would assume it was a american muscle car or some really riced out japanese car, definately not a BMW.
Once you get a bike then you will have a clue.

Wow, you seem pretty pissed simply because I don't like his exhaust setup. I didn't know I couldn't voice my opinion on a public forum. :dunno: I'm gonna reply to your "suck a fat one" idiocy.

You missed the point of the post entirely. I had complained b4 that TSE3 with headers sounds like open pipes and is unbearably loud. Few believed me so I proved it. The rear cans on the TSE 3 are just straight thru pipes with a cosmetic casing..
IMO the car sounds like a BMW GT car, definately not ricey. Read all the posts and you will see that I replaced the rear cans with my "old" Magnaflow muffler and have purchased a complete Supersprint exhaust system with cats.
What I find odd is the tenor of your post, "Wow, you managed to rice out your car." is entirely uncalled for. That is the reason that people are upset at you.
The rest of your post is spot on and accurate but your only rehashing what I have already said.

Your right about the rice comment. I'll take that one back. But yeah your car was ungodly loud, especially when you turned around. And I guess I didn't track the threads that came before this thread. I only read that you said it was loud and many others saying how great it sounded.

It was even worse being there since the sound was bouncing off all the buildings.. Inside the car wasn't any better either. I can't imagine what it is like in an un-insulated racecar with open pipes for hours at a time.
EDIT: I hope the cats, resonator and muffler will tame it down a bit!

Cool I look forward to the video. So far I am very happy with the S/C, I am taking it easy to break it in, my only WOT runs were the ones in the video. I just need to get the car quiet, I had this issue ever since I installed the headers anyway.

Jon@MPerformance felt that our country needs servicemen/women for the armed forces. So Jon decided to join the armed forces and is in Georgia, I think, training right now. So MPerformance is now closed, he had a closing special on M3Forum. There was LOTS of stuff that he was selling at close to cost pricing.

You need to qualify your comment. It is a re-worked 330 motor so if the ZHP engine is not that hot then the 330 engine is not that hot. Fact is that the 3.0l motor is less problematic than the high strung M3 engine. Is the 10HP worth the extra money? I don't think so but it doesn't mean that the engine is "not that great". The 3.0l engine is already as "worked" as you can get and remain street legal. BMW could only get an extra 10hp with software and cams. Look at Mike Benvo's engine, 400rwhp and going strong....
sounds insane! reminds me of my old setup..technik headers+b&b triflo!
