hey, i have a e46 2000 328i. i am intrested in getting more hp outa this thing. .is it easier/chepaer? to bore out engine block,new pistons,camshaft,bearings,seals,nitrous, exhaust (etc). . or should i go with a m3 conversion with a few bolt on's. .

well think of it this way. if you can get management to tune your built motor than go for it. if not the m3 conversion would be the best best cause you could drop it in with ecu tranny the whole works and have everything working on your car like oem.
