Very cool. We commend you for your hard work.
Couple things though. To release a Turbo kit for a S54 within a month period is a joke. With an engine like that and just adding a turbo on it will not finish a product. You need ALOT of testing before any news of a product like this. Especially when people in the US who use 91 octane in hot weather need to drive the car around.
DA MOTORSPORT E46 M3 turbocharger kit will outperform any E46 M3 supercharger kit on the market, as our turbocharger kits produce full boost at 3000 rpm whereas all centrifugal supercharger kits for E46 M3 produce full boost at near the redline. This is a disadvantage of centrifugal superchargers and one of the main reasons why supercharged M3s will be slower than our turbocharged M3s. One another disadvantage of superchargers is that they take power from the crankshaft and this is a loss which is not seen on turbocharger systems.
This statement is somewhat true but also not. Turbo Lag can be a big problem. I somewhat love the linear power the stock M3 has and the supercharger kit maintains that feature. I would love to see how a turbo kit will stand on a S54 engine with stock internals and compression. I would love to see how all the bugs and kinks with software will work out. I dont think the piggyback system your using will completely solve every problem. Keep in mind AA did 2 years of testing on their kit.

TAZAM3,
E46 turbo kits will be tested under wild conditions and then will be offered for sale. We will finish the complete kit with great details, and there are TWO months from now on.
California M3 enthusiasts will have a different software for 91 octane fuel.
We just tested the 3.0L M54 turbo system and simply, there is almost no lag, and the moment we floor the throttle S54 responds very fast.
In fact, we have chosen a “special” turbocharger for S54, where full spool will come earlier than 3000 rpm:)
These E46 M3 turbo kits are designed to have almost no lag and instant response.
TSI works great on E46 M3, we tested it and some videos of TSI and E46 M3 will be more beneficial.
We just wanted to show the project has started...

Personally I don't know how that is physically possible.... Stock compression ration on the M3 + 8-10psi = boom??

Well, I would def love to see the turbo kit for the 330ci they have in the sig.. Ever since Kromex did his turbo, I've been wanting to do it for a long time now..

8psi might be possible. I know 8psi of SC boost can withstand it very good. But i dont know about turbo. 10psi is pushing it for sure.
