Does anyone out there think it would be possible to retrofit an eaton supercharger off a mercedes to an e46 323i. Any help on this would be greatly appriciated.

Not very well versed with MB application, I believe that's a positive displacement SC, maybe roots maybe twinscrew. In which case, you are looking at redesigning the entire intake manifold as well. Eurosport has something designed for the E36. Last I heard, they might have something in the works for E46s. Not sure.

No. You'd need custom software, which will cost a LOT.
Yeah, unless your name is MITE I wouldn't bother trying to retrofit :P

Hi Nerv.
How much boost do you run?
What type o power do you think you get out of your car?

I am running at 7 psi. You can check out my dyno chart at this <a href="http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=271288&page=1&pp=25">link</a>, but I get around 210 hp at the rear wheels

Nerv,
you need to put the air cleaner low down to a cool area, you are now sucking hot air.....not a good idea. Make the intake hose longer, and you ll see the difference.
Da, thanks for the comments. Where would be a good location to extend the intake hose? I just put in a heat shield over the intake, but not much difference, so I am assuming you mean the intake should be lower to the ground?
