cool yea, my local shop will do it for $15 (got my black razr unlocked there) just wanted to see what i was working with.

I did reply right after I received the email. I said I would send you pics later, he contacted me afterwards for the phone.

bottom line, he accepted offer and sent payment right away and I needed the money.

its locked

locked means it will only work for one carrier (yours is cingular) if you have it unlocked you can use it with t-mobile or international sims (like prepaid Sim's in europe)

International phones come unlocked. I had a razr first that wasnt carrier based but picked up the cingular so I could get insurance on it.
