Bought a black Razr with cingular service, but cingular has crappy service in my area. Used to the phone for couple days, still has plastics on screen, comes with the box, manuals, headset,charger. I'll take $175 shipped. You can paypal me, thanks

yea it can be unlocked you'll just have to search online how to or go to howardforums and search there. the camera is vga zoom 4x, pretty sick..
