so... you bought one, used it, and then got one as a gift.. which one are you using? the OLD one? or the New one? AND which one are you selling? OLD One? or New one? didn't take offer at 250 because i never heard back from the guy. i gave the brother to my box just unsealed because he wanted to check it out. gave it back to me opened up (just the ipod not the accessories or anything else) scratched up a little bit because he put it in his pocket without the sleeve that it comes with.

i then got another one at work as a gift at a christmas party last night that has the company name engraved (unopened but i cant sell this one.... )

too good to be true? k, don't buy it then :thumbup:

BTW: sorry for the confusion I was originally planning on selling the gifted one but I did not know it was engraved at the time!
