Ok guys got a question:

I just installed my Technic charger and now I have a misfire caused by an Injector Circuit Malfunction in cyc.1 and 6.. Does anyone have any ideas what could be the problem... I would contact Zolti or Samir but its too late and I've bugged them enough for one day.

TIA

Are you using 24# injectors? Did you check all the connectors to the injectors? What are the EXACT P-codes?

Yeah I checked all connections and reinstalled the injector connectors and fuel rail several several times and still get the same codes p0201,p0206 and p0301,p0306 which is misfires probably caused by the injector(s) malfunction.
I'm stumped, really wanted to drive it tonight:bawling:

Swap the injectors around and see if the problem/codes follow the injectors. If they do, then have them replaced. If not, then look for loose wiring and connections at the injector harness.

What NickG suggested is good as well. Swap the injectors and see what happens.

Btw, you said you contacted Samir/Zolt, what did they say?

Probably a thread hijack..but are you the same NickG who posts regularly on Bforums.com FI forum?

Thats exactly what Zolti told me to do. Which I have done also a few times with the same cylinders giving the same codes.... I've also took apart the long black box that holds all the connectors and inspected the wire loom that leeds to it and looked for any cut wires and loose conections and have found nothing . I dont know what else to do..... Is there a connection that I forgot to plug in that I'm not seeing? :hmm:

Eddie...try plugging the stock injectors back in and see if you still get the same error. I know it's a pain to swap injectors, but atleast you'll be able to isolate the issue better. If the error goes away, then I'll send you a fresh set of injectors Monday (probably just a defective batch, I doubt there's anything wrong with your car).

I know this may sound repetitive....

Make sure all the connectors are "clipped" in. I am sure you know by now each plug housing has a clip. Push all the clips in (and you should hear a clip sound as well) and pull a little to make sure they are hold together.

YES!!!!! I just changed back to the stock injectors and she's idling perfect and no codes!!! I was so worried that it was going to be an electrical problem or that I F***ED up somewhere and had to pulling things apart. :excited:

So is it ok to drive with the stock injecters with the ST.3 pulley.

Thanks Again Everyone!!!!

No, do NOT drive the car with the stock injectors. Once you hit boost, you'll run way too lean. You can swing by and pick up a fresh set of injectors or I can overnight it to you on Monday. Let me know.
