But without headers, cams or any of that. Actually, as many of you know, my car has no major engine mods at all. And i recently swapped my 3.38 diff for a 3.07, so the 309wtq aint too shabby either. :thanks:

Anyway, i recently purchased Technik stage 1 software and Injectors. I also had a 130mm (10psi) pulley laying around. So I installed the pulley, software and injectors and took a ride to ICS Performance for a dyno. The dyno started out like this with an ASA TM-12 blower @ 10psi on my 330:

Numbers to be expected from my setup thanks to Technik!

After that I let George at ICS take a "stab" at getting a little more power out of her. There were no additions to the car. Just some "tweaks" made to the stock fuel system. Here were the results (That 299whp run was a before ICS run, but ignore the green graph as it didn't record correctly on the dyno, as you can see):

http://photos.performanceix.com/viewPhoto.php?PhId=67a421969f77ee5696a895d391f544ce

I don't get it either. How could I get the same amount of power as another 330 with larger blower, headers, cams, port and polished head, etc. Granted it's a little lean up top, which i hope to correct in the near future. This feakish power boggles my mind too, but there's the dyno to prove it. There were a bunch of runs made with the same results. And I'm just as shocked as the rest of you.

Can't wait to hear what people have to say about this, but in the meantime, thanks to Samir and Technik for some great software and George and ICS for finding power where no one has found power before! :P

10psi with a TM12? Interesting.. that's a load of HP too! Do you have a boost gauge? Where does it hit 10 psi RPM wise?

  Amazing what ICS can do. 341rwhp is I think right up there with Mike Benvo. :yikes: Regardless, like you said, you need to take care of that AFR graph in the upper RPM range.

How about you run your car for about a month and let it adapt and let's see what the output and AFR graph is like. Best of luck to ya and that car must be a beast to drive! to Samir for putting together an awesome product and :yikes: for George at ICS for getting an extra 50rwhp out of that car.

Very nice. ICS knows their stuff. I would love to see a boost reading too.

I am curious as to what kind of numbers you would get if you were to go to another Dyno shop:dunno:

Those numbers are very impressive.

Are you safe with that amount of boost with no other engine modfications?

Either way, Wow>

no boost gauge, but there was an external hooked up during the dyno's. I'll let you know where it hit 10psi. The 130mm pulley is equal to 10psi according to Samir.

That's the same size pulley I got from Samir ... he told me combined with our TM12 blower it should equal 9.5 psi.

Either way, great result with the additional tweaks!

And also, i'd be scheptical about those numbers if i didn't have some before runs, but before the tweeks, I was making power inline with others who have my setup. And it was all done on the same dyno. So, as of now, i'm a believer!

Nice numbers. You definitly need to get that AFR in check though.

Where is ICS? What exactly did they do to the fuel system?

Honestly, i don't know what they did, but they just flattened the AFR's and picked up another 10whp. They also changed out the diverter valves to hyperboost. Apparently, the diaphram on one of my 710N's bursted and wasn't holding the boost. I'm picking it up this afternoon. Also having a few more dyno's emailed me. I'll post them as soon as i get them.

ICS is in CT. www.icsperformance.com

that AFR is way lean. That motor will blow in a couple passes.

The car is making currently 351rwhp with a much improved AFR, and has been driven daily without an issue, thank you for your positive influence on your first post here @ E46 fanatics.
