Valley Motorwerks has purchased a top of the line fender roller and will be offering it as a service. Price is $95 for 2 rear fenders... we warm the paint to prevent cracking. The process takes around 1.5hrs

Hey Walter,
Does you machine only roll the lip under or can it slightly pull the fender flare out?
I have seen a car with this done and it allowed this guy to put 285/18 on the rear of an E36 M3.

I would like to know if you can do this too. I need my fender to be pull.

Very cool Walter. That would be awesome if it did pull the fender out!

It is a fender roller; however after looking at it IMO it will push the fender out if enough pressure is used. I am going to use it on my car tomorrow and will report back.

The price is good..
But it shouldn't take you that long to roll both fenders.
I got mines done in 30min tops..for $100..
Great price regardless...

Like you said, the fender roller will cause the part of the fender that is perpendicular to the ground to be pushed away from the car, as you stated with enough applied pressure. However, you need to remove the rubber sealant that BMW put inside the fender well. Lucent Motors did mines and it is pulled out a little bit. I am sure if you roll it a couple of times, you will see the fenders slowly pull away from the car. Post before and after pictures! :) Looks like the shop is slowly accumulating high-end tools.

ASAED330: Yup we have another little gem showing up this week too
That sealer is a b*tch... I had my fenders rolled once already so the sealer is pinched into the gap now... I am going to call Simon to see what he used to get it out. I am thinking that a heavy wire wheel on a die grinder should work. We're going to seal it with paint when we're done...
doba_s: Let me know what wheels you're looking for...
