It is a B&B muffler...(sa was a typo, it was supposed to be just "a")

NOPE! not one engine light! I had someone else install that new what they were doing but i believe that is basically what is needed to be done...
Just one other note...it is Really F-ing Loud...which IMO is a good thing but a bad thing too...i need to find some way to quiet it down...seeing as it is my daily driver and all...if anyone has some suggestions that would be awesome!

install an oversized resonator/glasspack we do that all the time on our fully built turbo'd and all motor honda's.. works like a charm

you should be able to get one at any exhaust shop. if you kno what size your exhaust piping is use that for a camparo and just go a lil bit bigger so you can keep the flow like a straight through exhaust. the longer the glasspack you go the quieter it will make your car.

can you define a "glasspack"...this way i know what i am talking about when i go to the shop...and where would it go? any particular place (in the exhaust)better than another to minimize the sound?

Did you find any solutions for the noise? I am doing a SuperSprint install w/ the same 02 sensor you're using this weekend and have heard how LOUD this mod is. Any info on quieting the noise is appreciated!:hi:

big/ger than your normal piping sized inline glasspacks.. you're from cali, so it should be easy to find for you. If you cant, if you wanna make the drive up to Ventura County, I can definitely help you out.

You'll lose some power, but cutting and installing the stock muffler will do the trick.
Installing Cats will help a little bit, it takes the higher frequency edge off the tone of the exahaust. Magniflow has a dual in/dual out mid section resonator that will help a lot. And for non-stock mufflers, it's a guessing game as to what sound you want.
And yes, the loud exhaust is fun at first....but it wears off REALLY fast.

I had the same set up it was just way to loud,, so i bought 2 americats and installed them under the car and then a supersprint muffler i really like the sound now,, but gees before that my car was heard a half mile away..

i am hoping to have solved it...i bought a new muffler (Rouge IKON) installed that, which reduced the drone a good amount and now i am waiting to buy some resonators from a local fanatic and will install those and see how it goes...
i have another thread up in the showroom about my exhaust transformation with pics and sounds clips.
heres the link to that thread...
