Boosting a 3.0L 386HP (euro) M3 engine

most of you drive a E46 M3, but im looking for a boost for my E36 M3 engine

what are the best options, Bolt on systems maybe? Turbo or Compressor?

maybe NOS ? cheap and easy :-)

my budget is around 5000$
