Hey guys i jutst bought a ZHP but i am in the light for more power. What are my options for FI. There are no turbo kits out correct? What supercharger kits are out there for resonable prices. The AA kit is too much for me to spend. What kinda power would i expect to get, and what would have to be done to my ZHP, i heard you have to change cams?
Please dont tell me to use the search feature. I did and could not find what i was looking for.
Thanks,
Sami

SInce you are looking for a supercharger for you zhp there are a few companies you can go with. All of these are outstanding and will yield very nice gains.
New for bmw's is VF Engineering. A few members on here have put their kits on and are very happy with the kit. The stage 1 is @ $5k but it does not come with an intercooler. They will have a stage 2 option with an aftercooler. Maybe 1-2k extra.
Another very popular company is Technik. I've heard nothing but great things about Technicks ASA kits. You are looking at 5-6K but there will be a special pricing(group buy maybe) from technik so you can wait for that.
Ess is another option. They have been tuning bimmers for a long time. Very Legit company that knows what they are doing. Have yet to hear a complaint from them as well.
AA as you already know offers their kits too. For 6k you get quite a lot. You get the intercooler and the oil cooler so it's not that bad of a price. They actually have a discount this month. You should check it out. http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=361904
All of these kits are outstanding. It's hard to chose which one, but I doubt that any of these will not make you happy.
Cams you don't have to change when you put a supercharger on. It is a nice compliment with the kit that yields very noticable hp but not necessary.
That's all I can think of off the top of my head. Hope it helps you in some-way. If you are interested in more info you can go to the Forced Induction section on this forum and start looking through some threads. There is alot of information.
Good luck.
