The Video will be posted shortly and pictures will also be coming up. 4th Gear is good for just over 120 and 5th gear is good for just over 145 with the 3.38 Diff in the rear. The acceleration is amazing on this now. I had to back off due to road conditions when I had paused in one of my videos at 6500 rpm's. This car now hits 170 in a heartbeat, I did not get that on video though. Again thanks to Samir for helping me post the videos.

YouSendIt?

The compressor is a TM-12, I think.

No, Samir has used it to let the forum dl the video of the softwared tuned red ZHP on the dynojet at Technik. HOWEVER, I have never got it to work for me. :(

The video looks awesome, nice pull. However, I think rev matching may help with your clutch life. :)

I usually do, just don't know why I didn't that time. Was trying to hold camer and steering wheel steady with one hand at that speed. I can do another one for you with a better match if you want:)

Haha. Just letting you know. You don't have to do another video. Any outside one would be nice. Your exhaust sounds a bit more quiet than mines. :hmm:

is this only for the clutch life or for a qiucker shift also?is it where you hold your rpm between shifts?

Traction is pretty good although it is easy to get the rear end to break loose.

It helps your clutch life because it would match the engine speed with the rear wheel speed. It doesn't cause the clutch to pick up the slack from the speed difference. For that rev-match, I am actually talking about overreving the current gear in neutral to match the speed of the lower gear downshift. Quicker shifts depends on the factor of how long it takes to move the shift lever from one gate to another and how fast you pop the clutch.

what do you mean you do it in neutral. i just put the clutch in and at the same time rev the engine to meet the rpms where they are going to be in a lower gear all at the same time

That is what I meant. I just couldn't put it into procedure-type words. But yes, it must be all done in one smooth motion...or else it will be a rough and slow shift. Thanks for the correction. :)

I walked one of these SRT8'S on the way to Vegas at 145 when I went into 6th gear.
http://www.allpar.com/cars/lx/srt8-magnum.html
I must admit that these big ugly beasts do move and the acceleration from 100-140 on those things is impressive. Had my car not been tuned or modified I don't think my 330ZHP would have stood a chance against the 6.1 Liter Engine that produces 425 Horsepower in that Magnum. I beat him but it was not that easy. Those engines produce more Horsepower then the engines in the Vettes:yikes: He gave me the thumbs up when I past him at 145 MPH. I backed off at about 160 MPH., when the needle hit 160 I remembered that I had a 3 year old daughter at home waiting for me.

ASA Supercharger with ESS intake and cams from Technik along with full Supersprint exhaust and headers. Also have a light weight flywheel.

Well that's a pretty good list. What would you say you spent in all on power related mods? Were you able to do most of the work yourself? Also, have any idea what power you're putting to the wheels.

I must say I was surprised at how strongly it pulled over 100, even at 145 it was obvious you could have gone further.
