Alright so here is the deal...i have a couple questions for all of you that know about the AA supercharger.

I am a student at the Citadel which is in South Carolina, but i live in San Diego. So I am getting a M3 in June and i am going to have about a extra 10 or 15 thousand to put into it. I was thinking about the supercharger, but I am going to drive it there and back 2 more times.

Its about 2000 miles to get there, and i have to go through Arizona which sometimes is like 110 degrees.

So my questions are as follows:

1) What type of temperatures can you run a car with a AA supercharger through?

2) How much more wear and tear does it put on your engine?

You'll be fine... just don't redline every gear at every stoplight along the way

I can't comment specifically on the M3 or the AA kit (so why am I commenting right? I know that's what you're thinking. :P ), but I drove my car from Technik in Socal to Mississippi days after having their kit installed and everything was fine. Also a 2000 mile trip through Arizona, New Mexico (*shudders*), etc. the scenery sucked but the car rocked. :D

I would care considering if i got a supercharger i wouldnt want to run it through 110 degree weather and have it destroy my engine
