Wondering what the peak boost you guys are all making and how much boost the TM-12 unit can withstand?

not to sure. maybe 9.5-12psi

It's not so much about peak boost, but efficiency. On a 3.0, the TM12 is good for about 8-9psi, then it will dropoff. With a smaller displacement engine, you can run it a little bit higher.
