Yes you can. You have the option to put on the BMW sticker on or off.

just what i've been looking for! some idiot in an suv backed up into me and punctured my license plate and bent the frame. also, would you happen to know where i can buy the rear license plate holder? i had to rip out the top screws when changing plates as they were rusted in there pretty well.

Really? I have a frame that covers the bottom and top a bit and haven't had any problems yet and I see cops all the time.
